Benutzeroberfläche Flackert

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Ich Starte die App
2. Dan Flackert die Benutzeroberfläche von Chrome
3. Keine Lösung gefunden

What is the expected behavior?
Das der Google Chrome Browser einbahnfrei wieder normal funktioniert, ohne das es Flackert.

What went wrong?
Das die App von Google Chrome ein Fehler anzeigt das mit dem Flackern halt.

Tested this issue on latest stable 69.0.3497.100 and no flickering of content is seen on opening chrome and browsing, tested by navigating to wikipedia.com, youtube.com and facebook.com.

@bgroenecke5: Could you please provide urls on which this issue is seen? Also please provide device details along with screencast/screenshot.
