I passed you the additional bug of updating the GCE base image.

Additional block has been assigned:  104.154.123.0/24

There is still additional work to be done before those IPs are available to us but the block, "barring any flying monkeys", is allocated to us.

We're still working through some quota challenges and need to ensure that whitelisting is complete before we start working with the block.

This is now blocked (http://crbug.com/912996) as we investigate whether we can utilize a CloudNAT solution to provide an interim resolution for whitelisting and allow us to move to RFC1918 addressed bots.  This would free us from managing the public IP space, fighting for quota, and provide a means to migrate to Machine Provider in a shorter amount of time (with fewer impacts/outages).
