Bugdroid: missing authorization for Dawn's gerrit.

Bugdroid doesn't process commits for the Dawn repos. 

Looking at this log file:

It says:
(root) No auth token found for host dawn-review.googlesource.com!

Which seems to be produced by this code because dawn-review isn't in netrc(??)

How do we add a host to this netrc?

Oh, the bugdroid machine needs dawn[-review] record in puppet.
