What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Now open Browser -> Open New Tab page 
 -> Now right click for context menu and select 'Save as' option to save that page -> Now 'Save file as' window is seen 
(2)Save file with very Lengthy name (Ex: dygfdsjhfjkdshfsdhdgfbhdgfuehsbhe) -> click on 'Save' -> Page is saved with '.mhtml' extension -> Now Go to Files App
(3)Now Select saved page ->Right Click and select 'Get info' option or click on 'Space' Key -> Now observe title of HTML page [dygfdsjhfjkdshfsd.......] is seen and on hovering no tooltip is seen

Expected: On hovering tool tip should be seen for any Lengthy names( HTML preview) in General information page
Actual: Instead Notool tip is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
