What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Lock the screen, enter Wrong password and observe "Sorry your password..."  Error message is seen 
(2)Again enter wrong password and observe the 'Learn more' link and bottom of the error message is faded

Actual: 'Learn more' link and bottom of  "Sorry your password..."  Error message is seen faded in both lock screen and sign-out screen
Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M70

NOTE: Issue is not seen on M71 latest.
