What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://20180918t175657-dot-chromedevsummit-site.appspot.com/devsummit/

The page violates `sync-script` by using an inline <script> tag.

What is the expected result?

When you click the error in the devtools, it takes you to the exact line/col number that caused the violation.

What happens instead?

DevTools does not take you to the line/col number where the <script> tag
is that violates the policy. It takes you to the top of the file, which is not
very helpful.
