What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter tablet mode, open a few windows
(2) Drag from the top for one of the windows, notice that the overview is opened behind the dragged window without any animation
(3) Drag for a small distance and release

What is the expected result?
Only the dragged window should have animation. It restores back to its previous position and window state. Overview should not have animation. 

What happens instead?
Overview exit animation still can be observed.


It should be a recent regression. Not sure which cl caused it yet.
