What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome and place device in headset to enter VR browsing.
(2) Remove device from headset, swipe in from side of device and hit system back button to  exit VR browsing.

What is the expected result? 2D Chrome should display menu bar items correctly.

What happens instead? The menu bar in 2D chrome is displayed but it is empty. See screenshots
