Dragging item from bookmark bar into macOS trash doesn't delete item

Chrome Version       : 71.0.3554.0
macOS Version        : 10.13.6 (17G65)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Drag item (page or folder) from Chrome's bookmark bar into the trash icon in the dock.

What is the expected result?
- Item is deleted

What happens instead?
- Item isn't deleted

Thanks for the report. The drag animation appears but deleting fails.
