Mac on Maximize define as fullscreen which not showing tabs and bookmarks

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome
2. Maximizing it
3. Then no tabs, input field, or bookmarks

What is the expected behavior?
Maximize not define as fullscreen, so it can show tabs, fields, and bookmarks

What went wrong?
Maximize define as fullscreen feature

Did this work before? Yes before this

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version:

Try to press SHIFT-CMD-F. That should fix it

In your issue you are in the old called "Presentation Mode". This will be fixed with issue 868398.
