The icons in ubertray is too close that the edges of the icons seems like no proper spacing between them. Attaching screenshot for reference. Re-opening the issue for confirmation

The spacing between icons doesn't reflect the spec from issue 874165 on a panther (Chromebox) at 70.0.3538.76, the current stable channel. See the attached screenshot -- the wifi icon is basically touching the time. It looks really broken. I'm guessing that this is because there's no battery icon (since this device doesn't have a battery).

More spacing is needed to match the spec even when the battery icon is shown. See the attached screenshot comparing the current implementation to the spec -- the icons are both larger than the spec and have less spacing, resulting in them looking extremely cramped.
