The alignment of 'Video Playback' and the 'Play' icon is not proper in the provided link.(Portrait mode)

Issue description

Device name: Moto X4 / NPW26.4 , Samsung Galaxy J5 6.0.1/(MMB29M), Gionee F103/5.0 (LRX21M).
WebView version: 71.0.3554.0
Application: WebView Shell Browser
Application Version: 1.0
Test URL: https://www.cnet.com/videos/iphone-xs-and-xs-max-up-for-preorder-zuckerberg-writes-on-election-interference/

Bisect Information: This is a regression issue broken in 'M-71'

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Shell Browser > Navigate to 'Test URL'.
2.Play video and Click on full screen option.
3.Observe. 

Actual result: The alignment of 'Video Playback' and the 'Play' icon is not proper.(Portrait mode)

Expected result: Video Playback and the play icon should be center aligned.

This site uses a different layout based on fullscreen prefix API or not. I'll contact them and see if I can get some feedback from them.

Removing RBS as this appears to be a site issue.

Ya this appears to be a site issue. The styles are different for the video vs the ad and the ad is correctly placed.
