Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. share screen in webrtc conference
2. select the window of powerpoint 
3. fullscreen the powerpoint

What is the expected behavior?
the shared window should auto switch to the fullscreen window of the application

What went wrong?
the first selected sharing window is window A
fullscreen the window A, the fullscreen window is window B
so can not share the fullscreen window's content to remote.
In windows the screen capture mode should change to capture the app's window not the selected window.
