Pdf disappears after a few seconds.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Browse to a pdf (ex. https://regmedia.co.uk/2016/09/09/wavenet.pdf) from google or directly entiring url in Omnibox.
2. Pdf displays correctly; wait a few seconds of interaction (scrolling, selecting) and it is replace by a blank page.

What is the expected behavior?
Pdf should not disappear.

What went wrong?
The pdf is replace by a blank page. When switching to a different tab and coming back to the pdf tab, the pdf is back for good.
Note that the pdf only disappear upon user interaction in the viewer.
AFAIK, this happens for any pdf loaded in the pdf viewer from an URL.

Did this work before? Yes

Updating to 69.0.3497.92, I can confirm the issue disappears.
