Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch chrome://bookmarks/ 2. Click 3 Dot Menu next to bookmark search bar 3. Click again - the sort option has focus What is the expected behavior? A null option -or option to sort by date should have focus rather than the sort option The notification Pop-up to 'Undo' FolderSorted should display near the UI element that sorts them - and should display until dismissed - rather than quickly disappearing What went wrong? After the Notification Pop-up to 'Undo' FolderSorted disappears - there is no longer a UI element to undo the sorting. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: It would make sense to provide UI elements that : Provide cut/copy/paste bookmark functions in the bookmark manager's 3-Dot menu next to the bookmark search bar rather than the top-level 3-Dot menu Provide the cut/copy/paste bookmark option in the right click context menu when a bookmark is selected rather than only the option to copy the URL Provide the option to Sort by Date

The Notification Pop-up to 'Undo' FolderSorted is seen in MD-bookmarks only which got introduced in M-63 and the issue of notification Pop-up to 'Undo' FolderSorted display near the UI element is seen from the introduction of MD-bookmarks. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
