Page loads indefinitely

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/69.0.3497.81 Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
any url, say https://www.expatforum.com/expats/private.php?do=insertpm&pmid=

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a new tab
2. paste the URL https://www.expatforum.com/expats/private.php?do=insertpm&pmid=
3. Hit enter. The page never finishes loading

What is the expected behavior?
Page completes the loading and all the content is available.

What went wrong?
Page doesn't render fully. The loading icon on the tab keeps on spinning while contents are not fully loaded.

Did this work before? Yes Earlier version before this

While using my Chromebook out of nowhere it double clicks and selects links and clicks on things as if someone is using it remotely. Been doing this for 6 months.

Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.81.
Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Opened a new tab
2. Pasted the URL https://www.expatforum.com/expats/private.php?do=insertpm&pmid=
3. Hit enter. The page loaded without any issues.

reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest stable #69.0.3497.92 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

No, I don't get this problem on #69.0.3497.92 version. You may close this issue now. If I spot anything again, I'll raise another issue.
