[MD Bookmarks] Keyboard focus is lost after deleting bookmark entry

Reported by timp...@gmail.com, Sep 15

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a folder with some bookmarks
2. Use keyboard up/down arrows to select one of them and press a) keyboard's Delete key or b) press Ctrl+X to cut it for pasting

What is the expected behavior?
Keyboard focus should not be lost, so that after deletion one can keep using keyboard and the next entry is automatically highlighted.

What went wrong?
Keyboard focus is lost and can not be restored with arrow, pageup/pagedown or home/end keys.

Focus can be only returned:
- with the Tab key (which requires pressing it 6 times)
- in case of Ctrl+X, by pasting the entry from clipboard.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92 Channel: stable
OS Version:
Flash Version:

While delete and cut are different features, I assume in this case they work the same way i.e. cutting deletes the entry (?).
