Issue descriptionChrome Version : <copy from Samsung settings Video issue within vision & dexterity accessibility settings After accidentally turning on a facial recognition feature in the phone settings. The screen remained locked whilst a red scanning line repeatedly 'scanned' my face I tapped my home screen icons the scanner boxed in the icon tapped after which a flash notification popped up face not recognised whilst making a low blooper/humming noise. I'm not sure if this is a debugging issue or not for myself it was very frustrating as I had no idea or was I able to access My phone to search via the settings app or access help/advice via the many Google tools! I eventually was able to switch off the phone after numerous attempts to which the normal phone function returned. I would like to know what settings I changed for this to have happened and how to turn this funtion off if it were to be accidentally accessed/applied In the future! Many Thanks Flash or HTML5? <right-clicking most players will either reveal some text with “Flash”; otherwise likely HTML5> If the browser or renderer crashed (“Aw, Snap”), please add any crash IDs from chrome://crashes (possibly after enabling crash reporting per http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96817) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) (2) (3) What is the expected result? What is the actual result? Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the issue)? Please attach the HTML5/JavaScript code or audio/video files as well as screenshot and/or videos (if applicable)

The issue seems to be related to OS-Android as per comment #0. Hence, adding appropriate OS labels. Thanks...!!
