What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Open browser
2) Navigate to https://i.redd.it/ywt9ylp3i5m11.png
3) Zoom in until the image is shown at > 100% scale

What is the expected result?
Renders a PNG of a giant space shuttle.

What happens instead?
- On Chrome 69 for Android, the browser will crash.
- On Chrome 71 for Android, the browser doesn't display the PNG at any size-- it renders all black instead. You can zoom in and out and see the scroll bar change size, but it doesn't display the PNG.
- On Chrome 69 on MacOS, you can zoom in very far, although the PNG is displayed upside down at some zoom levels

- Chrome 71 on MacOS appears to render the PNG correctly at all levels
