What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open launcher to fullscreen.
(2) Type something.
(3) Drag launcher down and release.

What is the expected result?
Launcher continues the closing animation

What happens instead?
Launcher snaps back to the top and then closes from fullscreen.
