Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install better snap tool from mac app store
2. try to snap chrome window to corner/side of screen

What is the expected behavior?
Bettersnap tool should snap the window to the preferred size 

What went wrong?
It doesn't detect when the window was dragged

Did this work before? Yes Not sure, but noticed this issue recently

Bettersnaptool is the largest snapping accessory used by many Macs. It provides a clean way of organizing your windows, with chrome being a heavy usecase. This was supported up until the latest version I think. I didn't notice this regression until my last update.
