[BlinkGenPropertyTrees] Sanity-check position sticky implementation

We should do a quick sanity-check of position sticky with --enable-blink-gen-property-trees.

Note that there's a patch in-flight to fix main-thread scrolling with BGPT ( https://crbug.com/877576 ).

I gave this a quick try, both with high and low DPI and everything seems to work. flackr@ - I think we can probably just close this?
