Issue description
Can't download .Jpg files from Google Drive to computer but yes from Facebook to computer.
This has to be fixed ASAP in your next patch.
In spanish we say: There is no evil that lives for ever neither a body who can endure that
Can't download JPG files from Drive to Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable #69.0.3497.100 using Windows 10 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Signed into drive. 3.Tried downloading the file with .jpg extension file, observed that the file successfully downloaded. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Request you to retry the issue by creating a new person without any apps and extensions installed, reset all flags to default on latest stable #69.0.3497.100 and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks.!
