GalleryBrowserTests failing on Chrome OS MSAN bot with Polymer 2

These tests will be disabled with Polymer 2 in https://crrev.com/c/1217715 due to causing flakes on the Chrome OS MSAN bot (see  https://crbug.com/882606 ).

They need to be fixed to work correctly with the --enable-features=WebUIPolymer2 flag.
