Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use background gradient or background-image on th/td, combined with table width and margin: auto
2. When browser window has an uneven width (fx. 1019px width), a 1px line appears between cells
3. When browser window has an even width (fx. 1010px width) no line appears (as expected)
4. No issue when using background-color
