Blurry text in Chromium on Full HD laptop after update

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) snap Chromium/69.0.3497.81 Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chromium on a 1920x1080 display on latest chromium version
2. Open any website or menu
3. See text and images

What is the expected behavior?
It did not look blurry before recent update

What went wrong?
Everything looks blurry in normal mode, it becomes normal in full screen mode.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
