Last tab is getting reloaded automatically, if I close the last second tab.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Browse any website(tried with gmail.com and mongodb.university.com)
3. Now, open another tab and close it now.

What is the expected behavior?
If I close any tab, it shouldn't affect another tabs.

What went wrong?
Tab is getting reloaded.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
