Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. use program.
2. sound increases.
3. use program again gets greater increase of volume.

What is the expected behavior?
Enchanged sound level and change should occure immeditly to raise or lower volume.

What went wrong?
increases volume each time opened only for this program. All other sound unaffected. also has glitch in redusing sound here big communication lag to change sund level.

Only happens on PCH site. Their program for Tick-Tac Go  Also happens with any other program (Game) with sound on PCH site.
