Every time when playing Youtube, the sound reverts to my internal computer speaker instead of external DAC

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36 Example URL: any Youtube channel Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open Chromium 2. play Youtube channel 3. no sound out of external audio DAC What is the expected behavior? I am getting audio when using both Opera and Firefox, but NOT Chromium or Chrome browsers. I am using Linux Debian and Ubuntu, by the way! What went wrong? you tell me? Did this work before? Yes YES, previous versions of Chromium or Chrome, not sure which one Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Contents of chrome://gpu: HELP!

As external DAC is not available to test this issue, hence requesting guidou@ for help in further triaging of this. Thanks.!

I pointed this out because this does not affect Opera or Firefox, but, seems to affect Google Chrome and Chromium. Also this has NEVER happened before!
