Steps to reproduce:
(1) Ensure an app that handles mimetype rss+xml is installed on the phone. Most podcast apps will do.
(2) open the 'public feed' link from the url above
(3) xml opens in Chrome and Chrome does not prompt to open the rss in an app. Worked earlier as well as with Firefox

Expected result:
Prompt the user to open rss feed in another app.

Actual result:
