Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to a page with a select/drop down list
2. Click the drop down list
3. Have the position of the drop down list move

What is the expected behavior?
The drop down list items will move to the same location as the drop down.

What went wrong?
The drop down lists stay in place relative to the "old" page before elements have moved.
