Chrome fail to display embed SWF single file

Reported by jastapra...@gmail.com, Sep 13

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Edge/16.16299

Example URL:
https://chromefail.alle.bg

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open my shared URL address with Edge browser. In this page you will find additional picture illustration how to enable flash content under Edge browser. Flash content will be displayed after you enable the required steps, it work.
2. Now open the same URL with Chrome/Chromium. Enable flash media and re-open your browser. This is it! The content will stay hidden and will never load for the user.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There is a simple single SWF flash file embed on the web page. Flash content is enabled and the site is reopened. No way for displaying the flash content.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 31.0.0.108

You are sending mixed content in a HTTPS page. You need to serve your SWF file from a HTTPS site. (adjust the http://condor... to https://condor...)

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://chromefail.alle.bg/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure plugin resource 'http://condor.depaul.edu/sjost/hci430/flash-examples/swf5/flickandbounceball.swf'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Thanks for the note mister. It was easy for this file to change the protocol and it is changed now, because SWF link have ability to work in both modes and the flash file is visible now. But..... We have issue with another important server which is part of email host by sharing direct links featuring, for example:
VALID URL FOR EDGE (http://mail.com/~user/flash_file.swf)
VALID URL FOR EDGE (https://mail.com/~user/flash_file.swf)
INVALID URL FOR CHROME (http://mail.com/~user/flash_file.swf)
INVALID URL FOR CHROME (https://mail.com/~user/flash_file.swf)
Is there a way for fix?
Well, now we did new experiment and found the following:
CONDITION WE MADE:
Embed SWF player (https protocol) with shell SWF file (https protocol)
1. Chromium work fine with notes.
2. Chrome does not work.

1. Chromium have two ways for enabling:
1.1) click on (i) icon in left to adddress bar and instead message request for asking to enable, user must select force "enable flash"
1.2) instead of update, user must select "Start this time"

2. Chrome have no way.
2.1) click on (i) icon in left to adddress bar and instead message request for asking to enable, user must select force "enable flash"
2.2) Chrome only show "Reload (refresh loading this website) and nothing more, there is no SWF!

The problem is almost solved. Here is differences:

Chrome have auto display for plugin to enable, than lazy "play button" click to enable playing. This is a big problem if flash player is hidden with embed width="0" height="0" NO WAY FOR ENABLE THIS KIND

Chromium have more options and it haven't lazy enabling with "play button".

So, we are talking for improvement. Thnaks a lot for the help. ;)
