[Harmony Cast Dialog] omits duplicated Meet meetings from device list --only shows 1 of them

Project Member Reported by athurber@google.com, Sep 12

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create a Meet meeting, scheduled within the next 15 minutes; via calendar.google.com event (so Meet conferencing option)
2. from calendar.google.com choose to duplicate the event; give the duplicate a different name (can optionally choose to alter the start time a little bit so that is further deviates from Meeting #1)
3. open Cast UI

What is the expected behavior?
should populate device list with both:
meeting#1
&
meeting#1

...even if they have the same Meet meeting code

What went wrong?
- only 1 meeting is appearing in device list
- meeting#2 (the duplicate) (is apparently filtered out because it has the same Meet meeting code as meeting#1?)

Did this work before? N/A

Is this even a sensible situation? What happens if I enter the meeting code in go/meet - which meeting do I join?

when the meeting code is the same, you will end up in the same meeting regardless of if it is via meeting#1 meeting#2 or code having been manually input. The only difference here is that if a user is looking for a particular newer name for their meeting (after using duplicate), they might not see the name they expect in the device list. With the Meet codes not being exposed in the device list UI, users might lose sight of, that the code is the same (and that they could cast to the proper meeting using an older-named entry)

Triaged - low priority issue. If user feedback indicates this happens more frequently than we believe, will re-evaluate.
