webstore offers chromeos apps to Windows users

i am using latest version of chromium in windows. when i go to web store library i can install chrome OS apps on windows version chromium

@Reporter: As we are not very sure about the expected behaviour, could you please elaborate on the same. Does comment#0 conveys that Chrome webstore shouldn't allow users to add chromeos apps to Windows??
