What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) When open one specific folder the system crash and report that the server is not able to understand the information sent

What is the expected result?
Access to a FTP folder

What happens instead?
No access to the folder information and a crash report is displayed

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
All other folders on the FTP site are working properly only one of the folders is having this issue
