can't cancel transfers of files with long names

Chrome Version: 69.0.3497.87
OS: Chrome

1. Create a file with a long name (real-world example: dev-channel%2Fcaroline%2F11059.0.0%2FChromeOS-test-R71-11059.0.0-caroline.tar.xz)
2. Copy this file from one location to another in the Files app

Expected: (x) icon on the right side of the copy progress bar
Actual: no (x) icon
