Chrome draining battery

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:69.0.3497.86
Operating system:Android

URLs (if applicable):

Steps to reproduce:
(1)Check Usage Manager
(2)find Chrome
(3)My Chrome reads 20-30% after 12 hours
expected result:

Since the 3497.86 update, Chrome has been draining battery at 20-30% for 12 hours. Used to be anywhere up to 5%. This is a big difference.
