CCing signin folks explicitly. If this is Chromium rather than Chrome, then I'm not sure if this is even supposed to work. It'll depend on how exactly that Chromium binary was built.

Chrome 63 is very outdated. Try upgrading to a new version. If it still doesn't work, please provide details about how Chromium was built or obtained.
