Feature Request to increase a11y coolness of the launcher.

Make app icons in the launcher verbalize their drop positions as the icon is dragged around. Also verbalize dropping into a folder, or creating a folder.

"Option a. Follow what Android does with Talkback on the home screen, which is: if you long press and hold then drag your finger around, Talkback actually verbalizes "move to row 2 column 2" or wherever the location is in the grid of apps. If you drag over another app it actually announces "create folder with X". I think it would be best to mimic what Android does here, as it appears to work pretty well."

In our case we could say "Page blah, row blah, column blah"
