Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.9 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://business.google.com/photos Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Change page scale to value of 125% or higher 2. Try to upload some pictures What is the expected behavior? Page renders normally during progress bar animation. What went wrong? Whil progress bar animates I see page flickering in background of wizard. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Unable to reproduce this issue on reported chrome 70.0.3538.9 Using Mac 10.13.6.Attaching screen-cast for reference Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome and changed scale to 125% and 150% 2. Navigated to given URL " https://business.google.com/photos " 3. Clicked on " + " and uploaded pictures As we are not seen flickering in background @Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-cast and confirm if anything being missed here. Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists. Thanks.!
