What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to the above link
2. Press TAB key until focus reaches to ‘Add to Chrome’ button and observe
 
Actual: Focus ring is not seen around ‘Add to Chrome’ button
Expected: Focus ring should be seen around ‘Add to Chrome’ button

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-60 series from build #60.0.3072.0
