Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3538.16 (Official Build) Revision 16ed95b41bb05e565b11fb66ac33c660b721f778-refs/branch-heads/3538@{#306} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14) and Linux(14.04 LTs). Launch Chrome, navigate to 'Test URL-1' and add the 'PDF Viewer' extension. 2. Go to 'Test URL-2' and bring focus on full-screen icon using 'Tab' key. 3. Press 'Enter' key and then press 'Esc' key to exit from full-screen mode and observe. Actual: Focus get lost from full-screen icon on exiting from full-screen mode. Expected: Focus should stay on full-screen icon on exiting from full-screen mode. This is a regression issue, broken in M-65 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 65.0.3288.0 (Revision: 522667) Bad build: 65.0.3289.0 (Revision: 522956) Using the 'per-revision' script providing the bisect result: You are probably looking for a change made after 522770 (known good), but no later than 522771 (first known bad).
