Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) open the browser in a KDe environment by Linux operating system (use KDe NEon as example);
2) full the preferred bar by many favicons;
3) open many TABs;
4) look at the color of the buttons to manage the page of the browser: they are as dark as the bar of the main page, so to be almost unrecognizable;
5) use a 1024x768 monitor.

What is the expected behavior?
1) to fix the space issue of favicons and TABs; 2) to fix buttons DARK color of the browser in KDe environment.

What went wrong?
1) the space between the 2 adjacent favicons is longer than the previous layout, so that many favicons are no longer visible; 2) the space between the "+" button and the minimize button is unnecessary abundant, so to decrease the space for the TABs; 3) the color of the buttons to manage the page are as dark as the upper bar.
