Site icons blurry for page zoom >100%

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have new tab page with circle icons.
(2) Set page zoom in settings to >100%, for instance 150%.
(3) Visit new tab page.

What is the expected result?

For sites that provide high resolution favicons, icons are crisp.

What happens instead?

All site icon images are scaled and blurry (including, for instance, the Wikipedia, Google or Google Drive icons).

Yeah, the icons look ok at <=100%.

Actually, I realized that the icons are crisp if the new tab page is opened *after* changing the page zoom.
So this bug only happens if the page zoom is increased while the new tab page is open (by CTRL+Plus or in a separate settings tab).
(Therefore, feel free to close because of negligible impact.)

The tile icon is returned as an image, so it will appear blurry when zoomed in before refreshing. Closing this since icons 100% and below are fine.
