tast-tests: Add security.*Sandboxed to CQ.

Remove the "informational" attribute from the
security.GPUSandboxed and security.Sandboxed tests so
they'll run on the Chrome OS Commit Queue. Both of these
tests have been passing consistently on release builders
apart from the usual unrelated daisy-related login failures.
