Prerequisite:
Change text size to maximum i.e. larger size

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch iOS Chrome
2. Open a New Tab Page
3. Go to Menu>Settings

Observed results:
At Step 2: Text size remains the same for MV tiles where in, it changes for content suggestions
At Step 3: Text size changes for sign-in promo but remains same for settings

Note: Text size changes for Recent Tabs, History, Bookmarks

Expected results:
Behaviour should be consistent. Text size should be the same across all screens in chrome.
