Unable to select all text after clicking on 'Select All' option from context menu in console section of devtools.

Issue description

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.16 (Official Build)Revision 16ed95b41bb05e565b11fb66ac33c660b721f778-refs/branch-heads/3538@{#306}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6,10.14)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Go to 'Console' section and click on 'Create live expression' button
3. Now type any text in 'Expression' text field, select some text and right click on it to open context menu and select 'Select All' option,observe
 
Actual: Unable to select all text after clicking on 'Select All' option from context menu
Expected: Should be able to select all text after clicking on 'Select All' option from context menu

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-70 series as 'Create live expression' button under 'Console' is introduced from build #70.0.3536.0

For reference, this seems to be an issue with CodeMirror, affecting Console prompt, Sources editor as well.
