Blink mouse omni-directional scroll stops working after some use
On Windows 10 (Lenovo X1 Yoga) + Chrome 68.0.3440.106 stable
(1) Visit a page with a vertical scrollbar (news.google.com, this page).
(2) Use the middle mouse button to use omni-directional scrolling (cursor with dot and four arrows in a circle).
(3) Move the mouse around to scroll down, then up, hold position, repeat.
Expected: the page always scrolls in the direction from the initial click
Actual: Eventually, the page stops scrolling in response to any mouse movements
