Quick view: Unable to dismiss preview window with Esc key after clicking anywhere on the preview

ChromeOS 11021.12.0, 70.0.3538.15 dev-channel kevin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Files app.
2. Select image file
3. Press spacebar to see preview window
4. Click anywhere on the preview window and then press Esc key

What is the expected result?
Preview window should be dismissed.

What happens instead?
Unable to dismiss preview window with Esc key.

Hmm - My Dev channel is on 70.0.3538.7, but I'm not able to reproduce this behavior on either a samus or eve. Could you double-check?

After opening image in quick view, you will have to click on the image and then press Esc key for the issue to repro.

Also observed that after opening image in quick view,
1) If I click on the image once and press Esc key, preview window does not get dismissed
2) If I click on the image 2 times and then press Esc key, preview window gets dismissed.

Ahh - It looks like the first Esc is dismissing the cursor. This is expected behavior in this case.
