Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Can I invoke the Native Chrome's builin SCAN CREDIT CARD feature by dropping a link on a webpage? What is the expected behavior? Ex. user taps a 'camera/scan' icon on a page and is taken to the scan your card view, instead of user first tapping on the credit card number field then selecting the scan card option from the dropdown menu that shows up. What went wrong? Not a current feature Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.91 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: I feel its a great feature and a lot of web users will find it convenient to scan the card than having to type the full number. Currently not a lot of users are aware of the feature since it's access is limited by dropdown.

As per original comment this seems to be a feature request. Hence changing status to untriaged for further triaging from dev team.

Hey sebsg, I'm triaging frontend bugs at the moment. I found that CreditCardScanner was in the autofill directory and you own Autofill! Please pass it on to someone who may be able to take a look at it - or if no-one has the time, mark it Priority 3 and unassign it.
